The place was gorgeous and quiet and the staff were exceptionally kind, the location was incredible in the heart of the town. We booked a family room, it was complete with the balcony and a nice view of the mountains, for instance. Location: the hotel was so close to the beautiful mountain, the top rated restaurant, and the town center...

The water pressure could be better, it kinda bothered us.

We had a fantastic stay at Heart of Sapa. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, staying up late to check us in and preparing delicious breakfasts for us. The room was clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the mountains. The location was perfect, providing easy access to all the attractions in Sapa. The staff even helped us book activities and transportation. Highly recommended for a comfortable and friendly experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station to Fansipan, and the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer balconies with beautiful mountain views.

The hotel's location was great, in the center with a market and stores within walking distance.

This hotel offers free parking, so I could show off my fancy car. The breakfast was amazing, I had the continental and Asian options at the same time because I couldn't decide. I also hired a bike and felt like a badass cyclist for a day.

I had to use the stairs like a mere mortal, ugh, and there weren't enough sockets for all my electronic devices. How can they expect me to charge my phones, camera, and hair straightener with just two sockets?

This place is amazing! The staff is genuinely helpful and super friendly. The location is perfect, quiet, and not too far from the airport in Hanoi. I had a very peaceful stay here. 🌟

A safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator available in the family room. A fantastic way to end my trip.

The rooms at Heart Of Sapa Hotel were absolutely amazing! They were air-conditioned and had everything I needed, like a wardrobe, kettle, fridge, and a safety deposit box. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too. The private bathroom with a bidet and slippers made me feel like royalty. The room even had a seating area, which was perfect for relaxing. It felt so cozy and homely, just what I needed as an old person like me.

I personally didn't fancy the soundproofing in the double room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with clean and well-maintained rooms, a great location in the middle of town, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
